Welcome to HeavensGait Farm, located in Pittstown, NJ! We are a small, family owned and operated 25-acre farm in north central NJ, located just a few minutes outside of historic Flemington, NJ. The farm was purchased and established in 1999 by Doug and Anne Mutz. Their daughter and her husband, Sara and Eric Davison, also reside on the property and share in the farming operation.
We are dedicated to breeding friendly, show quality, refined Arabian type miniature horses in an array of different colors. All our horses are double registered with both the American Miniature Horse Association (AMHA) as well as the American Miniature Horse Registry (AMHR). Our bloodlines include Orion Light Van’t Huttenest, Bond, Little Kings Alfalfas Pleasure, and L&D Scout, along with other famous and National Champions. All of our horses are handled daily, and all of our foals are imprinted at birth.

In addition to breeding, training, and showing miniature horses, we also have a small show quality herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, as well as free-range eggs from our small flock of chickens. Occasionally we also offer for sale riding horses and ponies that Sara has trained. Sara has been involved with and riding horses since 1988, and has been training and showing them since 1995.
